Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Smash banana and ground flax seed (or egg) together. After it is fully combined, add milk, oil (or butter) flour and baking powder. Once all ingredients have been fully combined, scoop four equal sized scoops into a baking dish covered with parchment paper or a reusable baking mat. Add chocolate chips on top of cookies if you’d like (this is optional, you can also mix them in). Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes, let them rest until cooled and enjoy!
